China 2012

The Morton EDC will be hosting a trip to China in 2012. 
Please join us to explore Beijing, Shanghai, and our new sister city Tiantai!
 
October 4-12, 2012
$2,270 per person (double occupancy) includes airfare, hotel, and some meals

TOUR ITINERARY
DAY 1:  Oct 04   DEPART OHARE INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT TO BEIJING
DAY 2:  Oct 05   BEIJING ARRIVAL
DAY 3:  Oct 06   BEIJING
Sightseeing: Tian An Men Square, Temple of Heaven, Palace Museum, Summer Palace, Kunming Lake, Longevity Hill, Seventeen-Arch Bridge, Marble Boat
DAY 4:  Oct 07   BEIJING
Sightseeing: Great Wall and Ming Tombs, return to city for a Roasted Beijing Duck Dinner.
DAY 5:  Oct 08   DEPART BEIJING TO HANGZHOU AIRPORT AND TIANTAI
Flight to Hangzhou, bus trip to Tiantai In the afternoon, tour of the Guoqing Temple, the most famous Buddhist Temple in Tiantai.
DAY 6:  Oct 09   TIANTAI - SHANGHAI
Tour of the Tiantai Mountain including visit to the Huading Forest Park, and Shiliang Waterfall, afternoon drive directly to Shanghai.
DAY 7:  Oct 10   SHANGHAI
Yu Garden, a maze of pavilions, ponds, rocky works and over arching trees. Visit to the Bund, a famous waterfront park. Business visit to the Pudong economic development zone.
DAY 8:  Oct 11   SHANGHAI
DAY 9:  Oct 12   DEPART SHANGHAI TO OHARE INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT
