Job Creation
Goal: 750 new primary jobs created by our clients over the five year period
Measurement:  as measured by our business clients
   2012 Progress:  152.5 jobs created
   2013 Progress:  314.5 jobs created
‚Äč   2014 Progress:  137 jobs created
   2015 Progress:  103 jobs created
   2016 Progress:  61.5 jobs created (768.5 total jobs created through December 2016: GOAL EXCEEDED)
 

Commercial and Industrial Construction
Goal: 10% increase in commercial and instruction construction based on a $43 Million benchmark
Measurement:  as measured by the Village of Morton's commercial and industrial construction permit.  

   2012 Progress:  $12.4 Million
   2013 Progress:  $25.3 Million
   2014 Progress:  $18.5 Million
   2015 Progress:  $12.7 Million
   2016 Progress:  $5.1/6 Million ($76.0 million through December 2016: GOAL EXCEEDED)

Retail Sales Tax
Goal: 10% increase in retail sales tax based on a $15 Million benchmark
Measurement:  as measured by the State of Illinois sales tax reporting
   2012 Progress:  $3.8 Million 
   2013 Progress:  $3.5 Million 
   2014 Progress:  $3.6 Million
   2015 Progress:  $3.8 Million
   2016 Progress:  $2.8 Million ($17.5 million through September 2016: GOAL EXCEEDED)

New Business Locations
Goal:  20 new business locations assisted by our offices
Measurement:  as measured by our business clients
   2012 Progress:  12 new business locations 
   2013 Progress:  8 new business locations 
   2014 Progress:  5 new business locations
   2015 Progress:  3 new business locations
   2016 Progress:  8 new business locations (40 new business locations through December 2016: GOAL EXCEEDED)
