Building Improvement Grant
The Building Improvement and the Design & Engineering Grant Programs of the Village of Morton make funds available to business owners and property owners located within the Morton Business District for the rehabilitation of commercial buildings located within the District. The goal of these programs is to promote commercial redevelopment activities within the District, improve the aesthetic elements of commercial buildings located within the District, and enhance the overall business landscape, thereby supporting the quality of life for residents of the community

Leaves and Beans was awarded $5,000 to enhance the interior of their café, creating a more welcoming space for customers to gather, work, and connect.
Just For Looks
Just for Looks Home & Floral Decor received $750 to purchase a floral cooler, allowing them to expand their product offerings and enhance the customer experience within their shop.
Bravo Painting
Bravo Painting received $4,000 to purchase a new branded paint van, helping improve operational efficiency while increasing visibility throughout the community.
Ivan Waters Farmers Insurance
Ivan Waters Farmers Insurance received $3,000 to help complete renovations for his new office location as he launched his business here in Morton.

VGallery received $3,000 to enhance the visibility of their new studio location through professionally designed signage, rotating window displays, and decorative café lighting.

TNT Revolution LLC received $1,000 to support the growth of their e-commerce business by partnering with a professional Amazon management agency to optimize their online sales strategy.
