Community Resource: “Local Teen Employment Opportunities”
The Economic Development Council is excited to share an easy-to-access resource designed to connect students and job seekers with local employment opportunities right here in our community. This digital issue highlights a variety of local businesses and organizations that offer valuable workplace experience, part-time jobs, internships, and career pathways.
This resource will be hosted on the EDC website and promoted to students who are actively exploring job opportunities. The link can also be shared with educators, counselors, and business partners to help expand awareness and access.
What’s Included in This Issue
This issue features 13 local businesses and organizations that offer job opportunities and real-world work experience for high school students. These listings help students explore different industries, learn what local employers do, and discover places where they can apply for part-time jobs, summer work, or future career opportunities.
To keep this resource helpful and up to date, it will be updated annually as new opportunities become available.
